Ways to Add a Pop Of Color To Your Spring Outfit

Hello Friends! Spring is finally here, and we are all so excited about that! Of course, once the weather changes we know it's time to break out the dresses and cute outfits for spring. As I was browsing my closet I thought, what are some good ways to add a pop of color? if you know me then you know I'm always the one who takes something simple and tries to dress it up a little bit.

All about the shoes! Yes, it is. A lot of spring dresses are white to muted colors. While this is a lovely base sometimes it's worth it just to add a hint of another color. Whether that's another muted pastel or a bright statement piece. In this outfit, I took my trusty white spring dress and paired it with these orange espadrilles ( yes, I can't believe I own orange shoes). It worked out so well and everyone has always loved this combination. I think it just gives a hint of summer by teasing the brighter colors.

Sweaters are not only for winter. So, let's say you live in a place where spring is warmer but not truly warm enough for a skirt or dress. Well, I think a button-up cardigan sweater is the perfect piece for that. It's warm but also stylish, I love blush and deeper rose pinks, pastel blues, and greens are so perfect paired with some jeans (blue or white)

Another way to add some color is your accessories, purse, and belts. Depending on your base outfit this can work really well. Take a solid dress, add a belt or a cute colorful bag, and bloom it's spring! There are many ways to find inspiration for this including Pinterest. A lot of vintage ships have some amazing belts and bags that are both cute and unique.

I hope you found these tips helpful for navigating your outfits this season and I can't wait to see what you wear!
