My Favorite Spots in the San Francisco Area for Any Season

Whether you are visiting the San Francisco Bay Area for the first time or you live in the Bay Area there is always so much to explore. The biggest question I get asked is " What are some unique places in SF to visit?" Well, I have made a shortlist!

1) The Garden Court.

A stunning location for afternoon tea. They offer a few options and I believe you can also enjoy brunch there too. It's part of a historic building so the architecture is glamorous and eye-catching.

2) Pulgas Water Temple

Now, this is actually in Redwood City, it is only a short drive away. This is a lovely spot for a picnic or a casual walk. Just down the road about one minute is Filoli which is known for its beautiful gardens!

3) Eataly

A new addition in Sanata Row ( South Bay ) Is this fabulous grocery store/restaurant. It's 2-3 floors of food. They serve gelato and many other authentic Italian treats.

4) Bell's Books

When in Palo Alto you must stop and visit this bookstore. It has many different sections filled with any genre you might b looking for but my favorite was the vintage books. This place looks so aesthetic with all the vintage finds.

5) Ghirardelli Square

This is a popular tourist spot. However, there are some good spots around this area that I love. Down by the marina is a great spot to walk and or picnic. There is also an amazing restaurant called Scoma's on one of the piers

6) The Presidio

This area use to be an old military base and housing but now it's probably one of the best spots in the city. Adjacent to Chrissy field beach it's the perfect view of the golden gate and has some fun local attractions nearby.
